Working in partnership across Northamptonshire, Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire and Milton Keynes to ensure you receive the best quality of care.

Specialists in mental health, dementia, tracheostomy and palliative care. Our trained staff are able to deliver the support you need in the comfort of your own home. In-depth training in the Mental Capacity Act will mean they understand the importance of supporting you so you can make your own decisions. We recognise and respect that every individual has their own values, beliefs and preferences.

Caregivers who are skilled, trained and regulated 

Mega Resources are fully licensed and regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC). Our rating deems us to be safe, effective, caring, responsive and well-led. These are attributes around which we build our caregivers training.

Consistency of service is really important to us which is why regular audits are carried out by our local managers. As part of this, face to face and written reviews are undertaken with our clients and caregivers. This is to ensure a consistent level of service is being delivered to you.
