Mega Nursing & Care is an established D2A delivery partner operating within the North Bedfordshire Homefirst collaborative, working alongside Central Bedfordshire Council, Bedford Borough Council, Bedfordshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, and East London NHS Foundation Trust. Our service includes daily RESTORE2 monitoring, structured discharge coding, full CareLineLive documentation, and MDT integration across both BBC and CBC pathways.
